As Co-founder and Director of the Montessori Academy of South Tampa, Ms. Enma holds a degree in Early Childhood Education from UNIFE University of Lima, Peru, and is a Certified Montessori Teacher in Early Childhood and Elementary up to 12 Years. Her certifications are held from the American Montessori Society (AMS), the National Center for Montessori Elementary Education (NCME), and the St. Nicholas Training Center (London, England). She has enjoyed over three decades of teaching experience in both traditional and private school settings. She also offers the benefit of being tri-lingual in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
As Co-Director of the Montessori Academy of South Tampa, Ms. Ashley was a Montessori child herself through her Elementary years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology specializing in Forensic Psychology. Her love for the Montessori method started when she was a young child and grew in 2012 when she had the opportunity to work in a Montessori classroom as a Teaching Assistant. In 2016, she joined the administrative team at the Montessori Academy of South Tampa. She later received her National Child Development Associate (CDA) and her Florida Director’s Credential.
